Vehicle identity and security checks
🡱 TopAs a mobile auto locksmith, we may need to carry out checks before providing certain services.
These checks are intended to help us avoid providing vehicle entry, key cutting, key programming or other security-related services to someone who is not entitled to request them.
We may therefore request identification and/or vehicle ownership or authorisation documents where reasonably necessary.
We will use such information only for the purposes for which it was obtained, including carrying out appropriate checks, maintaining relevant records, protecting our business and complying with legal obligations.
Dashcam footage

Dashcam footage may capture roads, vehicles, registration numbers, pedestrians and other people or property in the surrounding area.
We use dashcam footage primarily for:

- Investigating accidents or incidents
- Defending or pursuing insurance, legal or liability claims
- Protecting our staff, vehicles and equipment
- Investigating suspected criminal activity or fraud
Where dashcam footage contains personal information, we will retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and in accordance with our retention policy.
Where footage is not required for an incident, claim, investigation or other legitimate purpose, it will be deleted or overwritten in accordance with the retention settings of our dashcam system.

We will not use photographs or videos taken during a customer's job for public advertising, marketing or a public portfolio without the customer's permission.

Marketing
🡱 TopWe do not currently use customer personal information for direct marketing.
We will not add customers to marketing mailing lists or send promotional messages unless we have an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, the necessary consent or other permission under applicable law.
If our approach to marketing changes, we will update this privacy notice as appropriate.
